Refund policy
Please return items to us in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding postage costs).

Make sure you keep all the original packaging as unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund without this. Please note that we do not pay for or refund the cost of returning the items.

You are responsible for repackaging the item properly. Any items that arrive back damaged due to inappropriate packaging will not be refunded.

When returning items, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will send you an email to let you know and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but please do not return faulty or damaged goods without contacting us first.
