Refund policy

 

Please return items to us in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding postage costs).

• Make sure you keep all the original packaging as unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund without this. Please note that we do not pay for or refund the cost of returning the items.

• You are responsible for repackaging the item properly. Any items that arrive back damaged due to inappropriate packaging will not be refunded.

• When returning items, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

• Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will send you an email to let you know and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

• If approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but please do not return faulty or damaged goods without contacting us first.
