DELIVERY

Despatch is normally within 2-3 working days. However, we will always do our best to ship as soon as possible - normally on the next working day following your order. Please contact us if an order is especially urgent and we will do our very best to get it sent at the earliest possible opportunity.

• The price of postage is determined according to the weight of your order and the postal service you choose to use.

• Please contact us to discuss postage cost to the EU and the rest of the world.

• In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please email hello@ravenbotanicals.com so we can discuss a replacement or refund. In the case of a damaged item please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
